So far so goodCentrum is a brand a grew up seeing as a key supporter of vitamins. These vitamin D tablets make a lot of scene for an Aussie living in London. They are relatively large pills but swallow easy. I can’t rate higher as I’ve not had enough time to see results, but certainly nothing wrong or bad! There is no smell and they are stored well / easily in the bottle.

Great vitamin boostI’ve been trying out the @Centrum_UK Vitamin D Boost tablets thanks to @influenster, and here’s my honest take so far! 🌤️💛
The tablets themselves are a medium size - bigger than a standard vitamin but still easy enough to swallow. They have a smooth, coated texture, which really helps them go down without that chalky feel some supplements have. The colour is a vibrant blue, which actually makes them stand out in my pill organiser (small win!).
The dosage instructions are simple: just one tablet a day with food, which fits easily into my morning routine. I’ve been taking them alongside breakfast and haven’t had any issues.
Overall, they’re convenient, easy to take, and I love that I’m getting an extra boost of Vitamin D as we head into the darker months. Looking forward to seeing how I feel after a few weeks of consistent use! 🌟

Recommend for those who need energy boostA lovely attractive package, easy to open but secure so my toddler can’t open. Once a day to boost energy and immune system. easy to take and doesnt smell. Doesnt have much of a taste which is good as I hate the taste of tablets. Recommended..

Great for anyone in the UKI received this to test and it was the most perfect timing as I had not long ago found out from a blood test that I'm deficient in vitamin D which was causing me a few muscle and joint pains.

I've been taking this multivitamin once a day for weeks now and have noticed a massive difference in my general wellbeing and energy!

Not only does this multivitamin contain vitamin D but it also includes:

Vitamin B - which helps with increasing your energy and battling against fatigue
Vitamin C - supports your immunity which is very needed in my household with 3 kids!
Vitamin E & A - eye health, skin, and once again immunity.

As we all know a lot of people in the UK are deficient in vitamin D due to our weather conditions so this is a good all rounder for everyone!

Great Multivitamin!I’ve been taking these Centrum Vitamin D Boost tablets and really like them. They’ve got a great mix of ingredients, and the extra Vitamin D is perfect for the winter months when there’s not much sunshine.

it’s great to give my immune system that little bit of extra support! These are super Easy to swallow and a simple way to stay topped up and healthy!

Great tablet that does work and have an impactAfter taking these for the month I’ve noticed that I feel more perky and awake after taking them. Easy enough to swallow despite being larger than other multivitamins, more expensive than others so interesting to compare results, I think I would probably stick with the cheaper alternatives

Great boost during winter!I’ve been taking these Centrum Vitamin D Boost tablets and really like them. They’ve got a great mix of ingredients, and the extra Vitamin D is perfect for the winter months when there’s not much sunshine. With a 2 year old who loves bringing home bugs from nursery, it’s nice to feel like I’m giving my immune system a bit of extra support! Easy to swallow and a simple way to stay topped up and healthy.

Great vitaminsThese centrum vitamin D boost multi vitamins are fantastic. They have a wide range of different things In them like vitamin A,C,D,E,K and B12, iron, magnumsim, folic acid and many more. They don't taste of anything even though they are blue. If you can't swallow bigger tablets these won't be for you. They are a big size but I have no problems taking them. I will definitely keep using these as I have felt a great difference since using them.
