Cooking instructions: Boil
(1) To make perfect rice start with a ratio of 1 cup of rinsed rice to 2 cups of water (allow 60g of uncooked rice per person). (2) Bring the water to the boil in a large pan and add the rice. (3) Stir and bring to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes or until rice is tender. (4) Drain water, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes. (5) Lightly fork through the grains and serve. Cooking appliances vary and these instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the rice is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
