Oven cook: From Chilled
Oven cook from chilled but can also be barbecued or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side.
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 30 minutes. Pour sachet of sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
To serve toss wings in the sauce. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Safety: Keep raw poultry and sauce sachet separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use, Wash hands after handling raw poultry and sauce sachet.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
