This pale straw-coloured Sherry has a lovely mineral-fresh yet yeasty nose, a light body and a crisp finish. Renowned Sherry producer Lustau has been making premium sherries for over 100 years. This Fino has spent xx ageing under a layer of natural yeast known as 'flor' in a network of barrels known as a solera system. Savoury nibbles and tapas.
