Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and place sachet to one side. Place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: After 12 minutes, pour the contents of the sachet onto the carrots and mix thoroughly and continue cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 40 - 45 mins
