This delightful wine sums up all that is great about this beautiful region of the South of France. The appellation overlooks the Étang de Thau lagoon, famous for its fish, shellfish, and hundreds of oyster tables.
This wine is the perfect match for oysters and shellfish but is also great with fried fish due to its crisp saline acidity.
