A versatile Wine to be paired with Chicken or FishI love a Pinot Noir as it is so light and versatile. This one has a light fruitiness in a red, so can be paired with lightly smoked or unsmoked salmon fillets, chicken dishes and particular with pasta.

One of the Finest!Last year a friend purchased a bottle of the gem of a Pinot Noir for my birthday. I was well impressed and listed in my 'Keep in my Wine Cellar' list. A soft yet pleasent taste with a subtle finish to the palate. Whats not to like.

WineA light red wine which was the perfect accompaniment to our pasta bolognese dinner. Quite sweet and not too heavy. Lovely for a winters evening and would also work well with nibbles. Would recommend to others.
