Too tightly packedWere the extra sheets forced in the same size pack. When the pack was opened, the first sheets came out in a large clump, and some were lost by tearing when extracting. Later sheets came out in clumps. Very unpleasant, inconvenient and wasteful to use.

Unbearable chemical smell – had to throw them awayAbsolutely awful. The artificial fragrance in these wipes is so aggressive and overpowering that it causes actual physical discomfort. The chemical smell leaks right through the unopened packaging and ruins the air quality of whatever room they are stored in. I am usually not sensitive to industrial smells, but these are on another level.

Probably the worst branded product in existence.I don't normally buy branded products, but I purchased these to use as a face wipe, as they are one of the few products that don't contain Aloe.

However, they are absolutely the worst product I have ever bought.

They tear coming out of the packet. Then, on the off chance that they don't, they tear when you unfold them.

I feel sorry for people that have purchased these for their intended use and ended up either covered in faecal matter, or fingering themselves.

0 stars, but 1 is the lowest I can give for some reason.

Package not 'fit for purpose' . product excellent!I keep writing reviews in the hopes that someone at Kimberly-Clark will realise that pulling a tissue through a ludicrously small aperture when you're old and no longer have the dexterity you did is plain stupidity! You have a splendid product that I'm ow having to cut out of the wrapper and place in a resealable plastic bag just because you refuse to acknowledge what's as plain as the nose on your face!

Excellent wipes in abysmal packagingOne year on from my earlier review .... no change. Kimberley Clark still insidt on ignoring their customer's comments and deliver an excellent product in a pathetically designed pouch. Why not spend some of your profits and give the customer what they want, especially those with arthritis?!

Brilliant and great cleaningThese are now my go to product for when you need that extra cleaning (usually when it’s the time of the month) the tissues themselves are very soft and gentle on the skin but at the same time are very good at cleaning.

Clean tushy!Soft to use, very moist and even a lovely gentle fragrance. They used well and made it so much easier to clean the old peach cheeks with fewer wipes compared to toilet tissue!
My son was also a big fan! A win for us!

Quite goodexcellent quality of wipes. Plus point is that they are flushable and long lasting.
They are decent in size and have a very mild fragrance, which is not too much or too less.
The only thing I didn’t like was that when I was pulling them out of the packet, the wipes were breaking in half otherwise it’s a good buy.
