Composition Bismuth oxide this is weakly astringent with supposed antiseptic properties and has a protective action on mucous membranes and raw surfaces. Zinc oxide an astringent and mild antiseptic. It also helps absorb skin moisture and decrease friction, and discourage growth of certain bacteria. Balsam Peru & Bismuth subgallate Balsam Peru is an antiseptic, it is believed to promote the growth of epithelial cells. Bismuth subgallate is a mucous membrane protective agent. For the relief of internal haemorrhoids and other related ano-rectal conditions. Remove wrapper and insert one suppository into the anus at night, in the morning and after each evacuation.
