Our sweet little Soft Amaretti are made with crushed apricot kernels and almonds for a delicious bitesize taste of Italy. Perfect for enjoying on their own or with coffee, they're also wonderful as a topping crumbled over gelato or your favourite dessert.
There are many things that spring to mind when you think of Italy: tradition, love of family and of course, passion for food! We've made great friends with generations of local Italian bakers, our wonderful Amici, who have shared with us their traditional methods and quality ingredients. From our time spent together, we have crafted a range of authentic Italian biscuits and bakery, capturing the devotion Italians have to their food, their friends, and their family. And it's our pleasure to bring this wonderful taste of Italy to your table for you to enjoy with yours!
We first met our friend Engineero in the pretty Ligurian town of Sassello many years ago. He proudly told us all about Sassello, not only home to his family for generations but also known as the home of Amaretti. His family's bakery has been making their award-winning biscuits to the same traditional recipe for over 150 years and Engineero is never far away to ensure that the Amaretti they bake remain the best town!
