Our 100% natural Ginger Cordial is crafted from a blend of fresh root ginger infusion and pressed ginger juice for a fresh and fiery taste. Dilute up to 1:10 with sparkling water to create a ginger beer, or with hot water for a warming hot toddy.
At Belvoir Farm we’re obsessed with making the best tasting drinks, even if it doesn’t make the most business sense. That’s why we only use traditional methods and real ingredients, when in all honesty it’d be quicker and easier to cut corners and use flavouring. So we aren’t going to win any business awards anytime soon, but we’ve won a fair few for great taste, and that’s all that matters to us.
