THE taste for good cheese lovers !!!If I could give this cheese 6 stars I would!!! Great sharp taste, yet that doesn't overpower the creaminess .Excellent in any melted format , just can't fault it. The fact that it comes in a full 350g pack, whereas competitors tend to put their "Vintage" in smaller 300g packs.

Cathedral city cheese.I had changed the way I chose my cheese due to recent heat wave, I found other brands didn't last as long as cathedral city, it outlasted all other brands, so I went back to my first choice, cathedral city, the best.

Rich and creamy experienceYou can tell straightaway that this cheese is extra strong because of the texture when you break a piece off it’s so crumbly yet very moist. The taste is just what you want from a truly
strong cheese and the creaminess yet sharp taste on the tongue is rich and smooth. This cheese is also a winner when melted on toast or on top of cottage pie or anything that requires melted cheese because it doesn’t go rubbery like other brands and keeps its wonderful flavour, It truly is a quality product and I will always buy this brand in the future especially when it’s on offer which it occasionally is.

Really good flavour.I have bought this Cheddar Cheese several times since first trying it. I find this Cathedral City Strongest Cheddar to be a kinder flavour and not so sharp as the Extra Mature blend. It's flavour has a smooth feel in the mouth, with a really good strength and texture.
I will continue to buy this blend of cheese.
