Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions

Ready to eat but for best results pan fry. Remove all packaging. No need to press. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.

Cooking instructions: Hob

6 Minutes. Pat dry and chop the tofu into pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil and fry over a medium-high heat turning frequently, until golden brown and crispy. Use in a recipe of your choice.

Cooking instructions: Air Fry

8 Minutes. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Pat dry and chop the tofu into pieces. Place into basket, shake halfway. Cook until golden brown and crispy.

Allergy sufferers bewareI wrongly assumed that because this item is organic that it would be safe for someone like me who suffers from coeliac disease but that is not the case. Infact it may contain wheat,almonds or sesame seeds as well ,according to the packet.Cant rate it faiirly as had to throw away

Tasty firm tofu, perfect for Mapo DofuI used this to make Mapo Dofu tonight and it was perfect. It held together and kept a nice bite. It didn't absorb the sauce, but the spicy sauce was enough to coat it and make it very tasty. I'd get it again, especially when on offer.
