These muffins taste great straight from the pack but can also be heated up. Remove all packaging. Do not reheat.

If using a conventional oven preheat to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4. Place your quiche on a baking tray bake for approx. 8 mins.

If using an air fryer bake at 160°C for approx. 3-5 mins.
Refrigerate your muffins below 5°C, and eat them before the use by date on the front of this box. Or freeze them before the use by date and eat within one month. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking - and don't refreeze.
