Thins don't grow on trees ... Our seaweed is harvested from the crystal clear waters off the coast of South Korea, where it's pressed wafer thin & then toasted [not deep fried]. We created 4 flavours, all under 25 calories per pack. Nutritionists revere the health benefits of seaweed as it contains Vitamin B12 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each serving (5g) contains 150% of the 2.4ug of B12 recommended per day.
