Harvested in the southwestern Peloponnese, the 2024 harvest boasts a fresh, grassy aroma with subtle nutty undertones. It’s smooth, tomato-like notes evolve into deeper brassica flavours, finishing with a gentle peppery kick—resulting in a robust, well-balanced oil. A glug of Karyatis also makes a delicious salad dressing and elegant chocolate halva cookies too.
