Cooking instructions: Hob
1. Add all the frozen Shakshuka mix to a 9-inch non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until soft and all ingredients have thawed. 2. Reduce the heat to low and cook for a further 2-4 minutes or until the Shakshuka reaches the desired consistency. 3. Serve hot, straight from the pan. If serving with eggs: 4. Once most of the liquid has evaporated, make small wells in the Shakshuka & crack a fresh egg into each. 5. Continue cooking on the hob (with a lid) or finish in a hot oven until eggs are cooked. Important: Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Remove all packaging. Do not re-heat.
