Cheap scent-not same product anymoreThis is a new gel unrelated to the previous Lotus flower refreshing gel, and it has a cheap, synthetic fragrance that can cause a headache. Nivea has got to stop changing scents because it loses customers. The Lotus flower gel had a soothing aroma that I was able to clean my face even with a migraine. Shame...

Smoother skinFirst time using this product I found it was ok but not as good as my usual one. There weren't really enough of the exfoliating beads and what there was didn't feel as though they were doing anything. If you have quite delicate skin I think this would be ok for you but I wasn't too impressed, saying that, it did make my skin feel a little smoother than it was.

Exfoliating scrubI have used the exfoliating scrub for a number years due to sensitive skin. I picked up a tube not realising it had changed and now has lotus flower in it. The new formula irritates my skin so I now have to try find an alternative. Also find it's runny and the beads just roll about without exfoliating.

Doesn't exfoliate at all!I was after an exfoliator but this product doesn't do that at all. The little bits just roll around and there aren't enough of them anyway. Even people with extremely sensitive skin won't find this product effective, as it does nothing. I have only used it once, so I can't say much about the long run, maybe then I see some benefits? Will keep it as a face wash, but as a scrub is surely not worth the money. And if Nivea was after cutting costs and that is the reason there aren't proper exfoliating particles, I think they might lose out. I for once won't be buying this product again!

Best Face Wash I've ever used!I've been using this face wash for nearly 10 years! They have slightly changed the formula since which has given it more of a perfumed smell but hasn't affected the results. My skin is always clear and feels fresh, it isn't drying and gives a nice gentle scrub.
