Our organic oat drink made only with water, organic oats, and the mostly unsaturated fat from rapeseed oil and oats, plus some sea salt. All packaged to be kept cold always. ORGANIC AND CHILLED OAT Why aren't organic plant-based drinks fortified? While EU legislation allows dairy farmers to give their organic milk producing cows animal feed fortified with vitamins and minerals, we're not allowed to use the same fortification, give it directly to humans, and still call it organic. So that’s basically why you must choose between a fortified oat drink and an organic one. As luck would have it, you can get your minerals and vitamins through other parts of a well-balanced and plant-based diet, so you're good.
