Changed and now leaves white marksI have been using this cream for 20 years but it has changed in the past 4 months. It no longer moisturizes my skin and I’m having to use additional creams and the main frustration is that is leaves a white film on my face like a sunscreen. This never used to be the case.
The white marks or powdery white can appear later in the day. I bought other bottles as I thought it may just be a batch issue but I am now looking for alternative cream and very sad it has changed.

Olay Complete Lightweight Day Cream SensitiveI have used this face cream for over 20 years - my son and daughter also now use it. Our skin type it dry and face washes & moisturises can leave our skin tight & burning, with red welts. This moisturiser has NEVER given use those negative effects. It was thin but moisturising. I could use a light dusting of powder and I was fine.

Now that the formula has changed, our skin is tight and burning with red welts! It cakes. It leaves a white layer. It does not soak in the same, but when it does, the skin is tight and itchy. It does not feel moisturised.

I am very upset about this because no other face cream was suitable for my skin. Consumers were not warned about the formula change. I bought 6 bottles of this without knowing it was a formula change.

I have co.pared the ingredients on the back of both the new and old formulas. They are VERY different!

What can I use on my skin now? I'm very sad.

Not as goodI bought this lotion as my usual Olay Firm & Lift seems to have disappeared. It is a lightweight cream rather than a lotion with a slightly greasy finish, unlike the previous Firm & Lift which was a lotion and sank into your skin with no greasy finish. Won't be buying this one again.
