KEEP OUT OF SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN If the eye bath is going to be used by more than one person, the eye bath should be sterilised between uses. Replace cap after use. Do not return the used solution back to the bottle. For use in eyes only. Do not swallow. If eye irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your pharmacist or optician. Do not use if sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use if seal is broken.

Isotonic Buffered Solution with HPMC and PHMB

Preparation and Safety

Directions for Use: Can be used without having to remove contact lenses. 1 Wash your hands thoroughly before use. 2 Rinse the eye bath with eye wash. 3 Fill the eye bath 1/3 full of eye wash. 4 Tilt your head slightly forwards and hold the eye bath at the base. 5 Carefully position the eye bath over your eye. 6 Open your eye whilst slowly raising your head. 7 Very gently rock your head from side to side for at least 30 seconds. The eye wash should now wash over your eye. 8 Tilt head forwards again and remove eye bath, discarding any remaining eye wash. 9 Repeat steps listed above 2-8 for the other eye.

Optrex Multi Action Eye WashI bough this to help soothe my itchy eyes as a result of hay fever and pollen. It really did the trick. My eyes have been extremely irritable which resulted in constant weeping and an enduring threat of not being able to enjoy being outdoors this summer. Using this eyewash morning and night has been a game changer and after one use the difference was noticeable.

Good product but the new plastic bottle is problemI use Optrex every morning and it keeps my eyes free of problems. However, the new plastic bottle has its problems. It is opaque, so you cannot see what remains, it would have been easy to have a translucent plastic bottle, it is a squeegee bottle, but rather rigid, so difficult to use, and the eye bath is much smaller than the previous one and not as good. However, it is still a good product but suffering from cost savings.

Helps with the side effects of Bells PalsyHave been using this for a while. I have problems with one of my eyes due to Bells Palsy. In the morning I soak a cotton wool pad with the Optrex to clear the overnight 'gunk' from my eye. It work a treat and leaves the outer eye area moisturised.

Good reliable eye washI have been using this eyewash for several years and have always felt it effective. However it is now put in a plastic bottle where I cannot see how much is left in the bottle. Not only that but also where in the old bottle one could easily poor into the eye bath now it has become quite an effort. I actually cut the nozzle so that I can pour it more easily. This is something I shouldn’t have to do as I am disabled and anyway why change the original container?which worked quite easily.
