Stupid new sizeWhy have they felt the need to make these larger, now they no longer fit most standard dispensers. They already do an extra large version which people can choose if they wish, so why ruin the standard one.

Revamped product much less goodPlease go back to the original size - these new rolls no longer fit my wall-mounted holder. It is also my impression that the paper is not as strong as it used to be.

Unnecessary ChangeAfter buying this product for many years, the increased roll width means I will now look to change brand. These will be relegated to the garage for DIY jobs. Very annoying and presumably done under the guise of net zero.. As for the absorbency claims, there does not appear to be any difference.other than being bigger sheets. Not impressed.

Annoying change of roll widthI have the same complaint as others, that the new Plenty kitchen rolls are 2 cm wider than the old ones and don't fit our kitchen roll holder. Very annoying!

Change in width of rollsI have used Plenty for many years (from back when it was Bounty) as it is more absorbent than other kitchen rolls. It isn’t quite as thick as it used to be but it’s still better than other brands. However in my last purchase the rolls were 2 centimetres wider than they normally are - & therefore they no longer fit on my kitchen roll holder, which is extremely annoying! Maybe it is just a blip but if they continue to be this size I will stop buying this brand.

Go back to the original size and sheet countI have used Plenty for years, and I honestly have no idea whose idea it was to, firstly, change the size of the roll and, secondly, reduce the number of sheets.

You claim that you are trying to become net zero, but what you are actually doing is creating more waste. The new size is not only incredibly inconvenient — IT DOES NOT FIT ON A STANDARD KITCHEN TOWEL HOLDER!

The number of sheets you now get is ridiculous and feels like an obvious money-saving decision made by some person sitting behind a desk who clearly does not understand or care about the customers who have loyally bought this brand for years because of its quality and the many different uses it has around the home, in the kitchen, and everything in between.

The actual feel and quality of the new kitchen towel also seems worse. It feels grittier and nowhere near as soft as the original rolls, which is yet another unnecessary change to a product that was perfectly good before.

I genuinely implore you to recall these ridiculous new oversized rolls. The claim that they are “ULTRA Absorbent” also feels completely misleading because, from my experience, they are exactly the same in terms of absorbency.

This decision was stupid, misguided, and shows an obvious lack of care or consideration for your regular, loyal customers. Plenty was the only kitchen towel brand I bought because I trusted the quality and consistency of the product. You have taken a product that worked perfectly well and changed it for the worse.

Please listen to your long-standing customers and bring back the original rolls with the original size, softness, quality, and sheet count.

Strange sized sheetsNot sure if this roll was made in a rush or a test roll but never had 5inch sheets of kitchen paper !
