This was on offer so I bought 2 bottles. It is a nice mellow rum, doesn't have the harshness of some rums and is great to sip or mix. You can really taste the vanilla, it's delicious

Lovely Spiced RumThis is a good rum for the price especially when it is on offer. Good on its own with the flavour of vanilla which I like. Find it's great paired with Marchants Heart Pink Peppercorn Tonic. Something a little different.

too much vanillaFar too heavy on the vanilla and not nearly enough ginger.............to make this drinkable be prepared with a strong ginger ale as a mixer - I will not be buying this again.

Spice is the variety of lifeI bought a bottle of this on a whim as I like rum and particularly spiced rum. I've had Lamb's and Captain Morgan before and enjoyed them so I thought I'd try something new. It had good reviews and rightly so, this stuff is wondrous. I drank it on its own as it seemed sacrilege to add other flavours when it so much on its own. Vanilla features strongly and then you get hints of cinnamon and possibly cloves. I'm not sure what goes into it as the balance is perfect. I actually put some into my Christmas cake and the general consensus is that it is the best Christmas cake I have made. Do yourself a favour and buy some, you will not regret it.

Splendid.Just a lovely smooth and tasty Rum. Perfect on its own or mixed with your favourite mixer. I find it goes very well with ginger beer, particularly Crabbies. ;)
