Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Power: High (800W - 900W) Time: 5 mins (800W) 4/2 mins (900W) Remove sleeve, peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Heat on full power for 4 1/2-5 minutes, stirring half way through. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5 Time: 20 mins Remove sleeve, peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.
