Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Caution: Hot Steam! After cooking, open carefully away from your face.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Before cooking: Remove sleeve and pierce film. During cooking: Heat on full power for 2 mins (800W) or 2 mins (900W). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 15-18 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
