The pork belly bites have been sealed in an air tight bag and slowly cooked to lock in juices and give a succulent texture. The compact nature of the product is to be expected.
Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on 24 portions. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove product from box and place the glaze and skewer sachets to one side. Before opening the pouches of meat, gently squeeze to separate into pieces. Remove product from pouches and place into the air fryer basket and spread evenly. Cook for 15 minutes and shake occasionally. During cooking: Open glaze sachets, drizzle over the belly bites and shake. Return to air fryer and cook for further 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not overfill the air fryer. To serve: Place skewer into each belly bite and serve. Air fry from chilled 180°C 20 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place the glaze and skewers sachets to one side. Before opening the pouches of meat, gently squeeze to separate into pieces. Remove product from pouches and place onto an ovenable tray. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard cooking juices. Open sachets of glaze, pour over the belly bites and gently stir until evenly coated. Return tray to the middle shelf of the oven for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To serve: Place skewer into each belly bite and serve. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 30 mins
