This product is ready to eat, but can also be heated in the oven or microwave. Oven heat. Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging except foil containers. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After heating: Allow to stand for 2 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven heat 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4 6 mins
