1. Remove outer packaging. Break the 100g bar into pieces in a microwaveable dish.
2. Heat for 30 seconds, remove and stir then repeat in 10 seconds bursts until smooth and melted.

1. Remove outer packaging. Break the 100g bar into pieces and place into a dry bowl over a saucepan of simmering water for 4 minutes or until smooth and melted.
2. Stir occasionally. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container for best quality. If chocolate is melted and then allowed to harden, a greyish white 'bloom' may appear on the surface. This in no way harms the product and will disappear on melting.
