How to make the perfect cup of tea:
For traditional brewing use one tea bag per person and add to a pan of milk. Bring it to the boil and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, adding sugar to taste.
Alternatively, use one tea bag per cup, adding 'one for the pot' if using a tea pot. Pour water onto the tea while still boiling. Leave for 3-5 minutes depending on preferred strength. Add milk if desired.
