To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place mini fillets on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturers instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. After cooking check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Air fry from chilled Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufactures' guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a full pack. Place chicken in air fryer tray and spread in one even layer. During cooking: Cook for 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be barbecued or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
