Microwave from chilled but can also be oven heated. Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During heating: Halfway through, remove film. Stir thoroughly. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
