Expertly crafted by the second-generation Madeo family in the town of San Demetrio Corone, located between the Ionian Sea and the Presilane hills in Calabria. With 40 years of expertise, inspired by long-standing, traditional Italian recipes, the family have refined their craft to complement the warmer climates of southern Italy, which provides the perfect range of temperatures for making charcuterie
Made using meat from the Sicilian Nebrodi Black Pig, indigenous to the north-eastern landscapes of Sicily. These pigs are traditionally reared in the provinces of Messina and Catania, and forage on a diet of wild herbs, acorns and cereals, to give the meat a distinctive depth of flavour
Antipasto misto is a classic selection of cured meats, served before the main meal in Italy. Our selection brings together four of the finest Italian charcuterie, including Capocollo, Cuor Di Prosciutto, Salami and Spicy Salsiccia, made with peperonicino chillies grown in fields surrounding the Madeo farm
