We believe great taste begins with a story - of provenance, passion and craft. Our thoughtfully curated selection of products celebrate the roots of exquisite flavour, taking you on a journey of discovery
Expertly crafted by the sixth‑generation Citterio family, producers of authentic Italian charcuterie since 1878. Over the years, the family has expanded across Italy and become renowned for regional & speciality products. This bresaola originates from its traditional home in the region of Lombardy, where cool, dry air is blown from the Alps to meet warmer air at the bottom of the valley, creating ideal conditions for curing the beef
Made using topside of British Aberdeen Angus beef, selected for its delicate fat marbling. The meat is marinated with an aromatic blend of black pepper, nutmeg, juniper berries, cinnamon, garlic and bay, before being hot-smoked over beechwood chippings and air-dried for at least 25 days, to develop a subtle smoke flavour and distinct aroma, that reflects both its Italian heritage and meticulous craftsmanship
