This light-bodied, crisp and zesty white radiates elegance and freshness with its juicy green apple and mouth-watering citrus notes, complemented by an underlying mineral streak.
Gaillac is one of the oldest wine regions with evidence of winemaking dating back to pre-Roman times. Located just north-east of Toulouse in South West France, its hot, sunny Mediterranean climate is tempered by cooling Atlantic influences, making it perfect for growing grapes. This white is made from the unusual grape variety Lion de l'Oeil which is indigenous to the region.
Pair the freshness of this white with a platter of cold meats, cheese and olives.
