Hunter's Chicken
4 whole chicken breasts
4 smoked bacon rashers
50g mature Cheddar, grated
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Wrap a slice of bacon around each of the 4 individual chicken breasts. Place in a casserole dish, add a jar of Sainsbury’s Hunter's chicken cooking sauce and cover with lid. Place on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: After 25 minutes, sprinkle over cheese, leave uncovered and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
