Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and add lamb pieces onto skewers. Place the kebabs on a grill pan and cover the ends of the skewers with foil. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on grill Moderate heat 15-16 mins.
