INGREDIENTS: Lamb (97%), Mint Seasoning (Sugar, Herbs (Mint, Parsley, Marjoram), Acidity Regulators: Sodium Diacetate, Malic Acid; Salt, Maltodextrin, Rice Flour, Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Maize Starch, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum; Flavourings, Yeast Extract, Colour: Plain Caramel).
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 16-18 mins, turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 16-18 mins
