Semolina Pudding
Serves: 4
100g Semolina
900ml semi-skimmed milk
50g caster sugar
Stir 100g of semolina and 900ml semi-skimmed milk together in a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer for 10 minutes until your desired thickness, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and add the sugar. Mix and serve immediately.
