For best results cook on the hob from frozen. Before cooking: Boil water. During cooking: Add one portion (80g) of savoy cabbage carefully to the boiling water. Return to boil and simmer. Cooking instructions: Microwave from Frozen
To microwave from frozen. Before cooking: Transfer one portion (80g) of savoy cabbage into a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml of water and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Drain and serve. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
