Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove product from box. Pierce pouch several times and place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 8 minutes. During cooking: Gently shake pouch and cook on full powder for a further 4 minutes 800W / 2 minutes 900W. After cooking: Stir thoroughly before serving. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: Oven
If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking. Oven Cook from chilled: 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 8, 35 mins Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place beef bourguignon into an ovenproof dish. Place onto a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 35 minutes. During cooking: Halfway through cooking remove from oven and stir gently. Return to oven for remaining cooking time. After cooking: Remove from the oven. Stir well, place beef bourguignon into a dish to serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
