Beef Teriyaki To stir fry 250g by Sainsbury’s beef steak, thinly sliced 175g mangetout and baby corn 80g water chestnuts 1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a wok, add the beef. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 2. Add mangetout, baby sweetcorn and water chestnuts, stir fry for a further 3 minutes. 3. Pour over the sachet of sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Check food is piping hot.
