Sainsbury's the BFG Frobscottle Vanilla Cupcake Kit with Sour Apple Flavour Icing 292g

You will need:
1 medium egg, 4 tbsp (60ml) semi skimmed milk, 50g softened unsalted butter, muffin tin

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180⁰C, Fan 160⁰C, Gas 4.
1. Place the cupcake cases in a muffin tin.
2. Empty the sponge mix sachet into a large bowl and add 1 medium egg and 4 tbsp (60ml) semi-skimmed milk.
3. Mix with an electric whisk on medium speed for 1 minute.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the 6 cupcake cases.
5. Bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 20-22 minutes until risen.
6. Leave to cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.                                                                                                                                                                                                 
7. Using an electric whisk, cream together the icing mix sachet with 50g of softened unsalted butter until light and fluffy.
8. Once the cakes have completely cooled, top with the buttercream icing using a piping bag (not included) or palette knife and decorate with the citrus flavour candy pieces and sugar decorations.

For best before end date, see base of pack. Store in a cool, dry place. Once baked store in an airtight container.
