This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot as detail below. To grill. Before heating: Preheat grill on high heat. Remove outer packaging and foil lid. Sprinkle the sachet of sugar evenly over the surface of the crème brûlée. Place under grill until the sugar caramelises. After heating: Remove from the grill and leave to cool for 2 minutes until the sugar has hardened. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
