Our Dover sole is caught by boats fishing along the Devon and Cornwall coastline, then carefully prepared by our skilled fishmongers and vacuum packed to preserve its quality. Skinned, headed and ready to cook, it's perfect for quick midweek meals or something special at the weekend.
From time to time, during the season, Dover sole may contain roe. While we do our best to remove it, you may occasionally find some present — it's completely natural and entirely edible.
