Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Remove all packaging. Allow chops to reach room temperature. Brush the chops with a small amount of oil and season with salt and pepper. Preheat a frying pan to high heat and then cook for 4-6 minutes on each side. Allow to rest for 5 minutes loosely covered with foil before serving. Ensure that the product is cooked thoroughly and that all juices run clear. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
