Crafted from bittersweet apples including Somerset Redstreak and Tremlett’s Bitter, delivering peppery notes balanced with a refreshingly smooth sweetness. Rascal balances the bitterness of classic cider apples with smooth, full-bodied character, making a medium cider with roguish complexity and subtle tannins for a truly craft experience. Perfect with spicy foods, pub nights, or moments when you want something a little different. Best served chilled to enjoy the full depth of flavour. We care deeply for our orchards, wildlife, and the land. Our cider is made with sustainable practices, so every sip supports a farm that values people, nature, and future generations. All our ciders are crafted through sustainable practices, such as being made using 100% renewable electricity, including power from the 3,500 solar panels on the roof of our farm. That means all our ciders are as good for the environment as they taste in the glass.
