The Botanist gin contains 22 hand-picked wild, local botanicals delicately refine nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during a painfully slow distillation. This first and only Islay Dry Gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of our remote Scottish island. Try it in a gin and tonic with a seasonal garnish, or in a gin martini cocktail with a citrus peel. Tasting Notes: herbs, fruits, flowers, spices, citrus fruits, honey from thistle, and many more. In 2020, we became on of the only the distilleries in the world to become B Corp certified, which means we adhere to the highest levels of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and accountability.
