Cooking instructions: Microwave
For best results microwave: 1. Pierce film several times. 2. Microwave on full power Cat E-800W for 2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. 3 Peel back film, fluff in the tray and check the product is hot before serving. Alternatively stir-fry for 2 minutes in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Best before end: see side of pot.
