Great product but it is not fully mattI have been using this for a couple of days and can confirm that it is quite easy to use and it does hold my hair. My hair is on a softer side and with a suitable amount it can hold for a good amount of time, but it would be better if you pair it with hair spray. My scalp also feels fine with this product and it also allows you to create volume and it is quite easy to wash off. However, it is not truly matt as my hair still gets a bit shiny after applying it so hence dropping a star.

Perfect for all types of hairVery good product. Ive just tested this and its great. Once you style your hair it holds really well. It also smells really good too, if anyone is wanting a good hair gel ect. I wouldn 100% recommend this as its for all types of hair.

The best hair waxExcellent hair wax, smells great and holds my hair fantastic. Even when it’s windy it holds it in place.

Only thing I would say is that I can be aged to wash from hands but that doesn’t take long.

Love the tin it comes in and would definitely buy again

A great quality hair clay that I will be using from now on!I have been using another brand of hair clay for years but this might be my cheaper and preferred option from now on! It looks natural in my hair and it’s strong enough to keep my hair up! It washes out in the shower easily which is a big bonus! My new go to hair clay!

Good hold without feeling heavyI am particularly fussy about my hair products. I don’t like anything too heavy or crispy, and I like to be able to rework it throughout the day. So I decided to give the VO5 Matt Clay a try and I am very impressed. The hold is strong, without being completely frozen in place. It gives a nice matt finish, adding a nice amount of texture. It’s also fantastic value for money, I tiny amount of product goes a long way. It’s also nice and easy to wash off, and doesn’t feel gross and gritty like some other hair gels I have used. Overall I am impressed, and it is definitely staying part of my morning hair routine
