Slowly proved for 24 hours using lievito madre, a blend of wheat and rice flours, then hand-stretched and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil for a light crumb and distinctive crunch. Our Pinsa is made for those who know good bread—enjoyed alongside an Italian feast or simply straight from the oven, finished with garlic-flavoured extra virgin olive oil. Delizioso.

Cooking instructions: Oven cook
200 °C Fan 5 - 6 mins Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging and put the garlic oil sachet aside. Remove pinsa from the tray and place directly on middle shelf of a pre-heated fan oven. Cook for 5-6 minutes and ensure it is crispy before serving. Drizzle the garlic oil over the hot pinsa. Do not reheat.
